|04:46 pm - JK Rowling is a mad, brilliant woman and I love her|
There are no words for how much wank this will cause.
But for JKR to have the balls to come out and say that? Freaking awesome.
Current Mood: amazed
*is so very much in agreement on this*
It's just probably the most wank-inducing move ever on JKRs part, especially because it'll cause wank from non-fandom types as opposed to in-fandom stuff.
And because of that, so much respect for JKR for saying it.

let the implosion begin!
I bet Gambon thinks this is hilarious :D
I am dying to find out what all the movie people think.
Especially the Execs, because that could be hilarious.
That is just fantastic, and makes total sense.
I had so been calling Dumbledore/Grindlewald after DH, so the fact there was authorial intent behind it... is amusing.
The reactions from people are going to be the best part, though.
It is fabulous. In more ways than one.
I think I love J.K. Rowling.
I think a lot of people do right now.
Think we'll actually get the Potterocylpse or whatever it was called that was much mooted for the publication of book seven?
I think the phrase was "Potterdammerung"?
And damn I hope so.
I was so happy when I heard. I was bouncing off the walls. Not only is DD one of my favourite characters but he is intelligent and well respected.
It would have sucked if someone like Mudungus or Lockheart were the ones she outed.
I still wouldn't be surprised if Lockhart was gay.
But, yes, it was rather a pleasing announcement.
