Also, still phoneless. On that subject, what are people's opinions on the Motorola V3? I can get one with a pre-paid deal (like I previously had) for $200, and supposedly I can keep my old number. That's the one I like the most right now, though the guy at Crazy John's I spoke to said that the LG Chocolate should be available as a pre-paid phone soon, and it's a better phone. (Naturally, it's be I think $300 for a pre-paid one)
In typical me fashion, I am filling my internet-less time with reading (and setting up more bookshelves, since my first was full). I've finished the first of the A Song of Ice and Fire books, and very much liked it, so shall try and get my hands on the rest of that series - fa11ing_away has some books in the series, but not the second.
I've also just bought A Pinhoe Egg by Diana Wynne Jones, which has just shown up at Minotaur, and the first of the Dresden Files books, since the series has been recommended to me (if I like it, then I'll start to work my way through the rest). Feel free to drop in recommendations of anything else you think might appeal to me.
Oh, and the Future Housemate may be moving in very soon, once the paperwork's sorted.
And I seem to be hellishly busy very soon. I've got to finish organising buses and whatnot for Queenmland, as well as theme park passes. Then...
31st Jan: Seeing Muse in Concert in the evening
1st Feb: Leave for Queensland in the afternoon
2nd - 7th Feb: Queensland
8th: Return from Queensland
9th - 11th Feb: Discworld Convention
And then it's only two weeks until I'm busy with Uni again.
Oh, and I was at the Tennis yesterday. The Czech girls werem't too interesting, the Serena Williams-Shahar Peer game was really good, and Andy Roddick utterly demolished Fish.
