|10:16 pm - Wow. I'll actually be waking up at a decent hour tomorrow.|
Annnnd Uni starts up again tomorrow.
I am unsure how I feel about that as a whole: pluses include actually being able to socialise with actual people, seeing my friends on a regular basis, variety in food, and something resembling normal hours. Oh, and being able to have interesting theoretical discussions that don't revolve around fandom.
Minuses include having to actually get out of bed before noon. And, you know, the whole bit of actually doing work.
Can't be bothered making up my mind on how I feel about this, so have a link to yet another chapter in the never-ending Lexicon Wank.
Current Mood: blah
I know how you feel. Although one of my subjects seems to have a week devoted to Doctor Who fandom, which make me LoL.
You must tell me what subject this is. And when the lectures are. Because I may want to crash them, just to see what is said.
Television and Commodity Culture. I think the lectures are at 4 on a Thursday. That week is supposed to about something nebulous like 'time', but the tutorial outline for that week does ask what role fandom plays in Doctor Who. The screening is also Doctor Who, so it would be intersting to see what episodes they'll show.
I don't have a class at that time, score!
Let me know in advance, and I'm totally going to show up. ;)
...Well, if I can be bothered.
Heh. It's not until week 7 or 8 I think...
