The first place we checked out was a one in North Melbourne, which had a good location, but was a bit, well, crappy. And involved rather too much climbing of stairs.
But, it was on the second floor, to everyone's amusement.
The second was out in West Brunswick, and was rather nice, despite the inopenable gate. However, living there would mean a bloody long time travelling to Uni each day, so not so good.
Nest, was an open house, which turned out to be the most perfectly perfect place I had ever seen. It was just so gorgeous. Sadly, we were informed by the (rather nice) agent, that the owner refused to accept application from students, 'cos he was a bit of a bastard. (And I must agree with
I mean, apparently the last lot of students had damaged the place, and the owner was furious. However, from what we saw of the place, if they call that damaged these days, my parent's place would push the guy to suicide.

Anyway, then we headed back to the agents, to deposit keys, and fill in applications (At Woodards, the place
So, of the four applications, hopefully at least one will come through. *crosses fingers*
Also, I ended up the day with some severe sunburn. Now I am all owie.
Oh, and passionfruit-mint Tic Tacs have got to be one of the strangest tasting things ever. They make my mouth boggle.
